What coaching with Purple Lily looks like
Coaching at Purple Lily is not counseling, and it is not advice-giving. It is a faith-integrated partnership, a space where you are heard fully, questioned gently, and helped to discover what God has already placed inside you.
Your guide brings 18 years of professional experience developing people, leading teams, and facilitating personal and leadership growth. That same expertise, the frameworks, the tools, the deep belief that every person carries more capacity than they currently see, is now fully surrendered to a faith-based approach. Sessions are opened and closed in prayer, scripture is woven naturally into the conversation, and we trust that God is present and active in every session.
We also work with carefully selected assessments to help you understand how God uniquely wired you: your strengths, your behavioral style, your motivations. Knowing yourself more clearly is one of the fastest paths to knowing your purpose more clearly.

Minute sessions
Held via Zoom or in person in Panama City, depending on your location and preference.
Sessions, six months
Coaching is offered in packages of six sessions within six months. Custom packages are welcome for seasons that don’t fit a standard structure.

Weekly for an intensive period of growth, bi-weekly for steady development, or monthly for a thinking partner alongside a full life.
Your Guide
Two decades of frameworks, fully surrendered
Your guide brings 18 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Learning and Development, more than 10 years of corporate coaching experience, and certifications in Emotional Intelligence, DISC Behavioral Styles, Five Behaviors, Crucial Conversations, and multiple leadership assessments. She holds a business diploma, a post-graduate HR certificate, and a bachelor’s degree in HR, and is currently completing her ICF accredited coaching certification.
What sets this coaching apart is nearly two decades of professionally developed frameworks for human growth, now fully surrendered to a faith-integrated approach.
She is a Canadian woman who has made Panama her home, and this ministry was born in the valleys and mountains of this beautiful country.
